you spend a significant amount of time in your life finding a heart that matches your own. like clothes, you try to match your heart up with different kinds of people. sometimes the different people you try are all the same, sometimes they are not similar in any way. you will spend some time throughout your life having your heart broken, maybe by one person or maybe by many. you will also spend some time breaking a heart or two on your own, further gaining a better idea of the kind of person you want or don’t want to be with. regardless of how many times your heart breaks or is broken, you will one day find a heart that matches yours perfectly. you’ll know you’ve found it when your heart beats just as fast as theirs does everytime you are around eachother. that person’s heart may have an experience similar to yours, or they may not. what’s important is that your hearts were meant to match, no matter how they got there. the two hearts will never separate no matter what you say, do, or think. that’s when you’ll know you’ve found your soulmate. that’s when your heart will become whole with pure, genuine love.

I’m the kind of person who likes to be by himself. To put a finer point on it, I’m the type of person who doesn’t find it painful to be alone. I find spending an hour or two every day running alone, not speaking to anyone, as well as four or five hours alone at my desk, to be neither difficult nor boring. I’ve had this tendency ever since I was young, when, given a choice, I much preferred reading books on my own or concentrating on listening to music over being with someone else. I could always think of things to do by myself.
