Anonymous asked: could you reccommend a bunch of exercises to slim down without getting bulky? for some reason, every time i do cardio, my legs especially always get muscular and they feel fatter >.< and it's not even intense cardio...i'll do like 100 jumping jacks and my legs will feel really heavy. i eat about 1000 calories a day and i'm losing weight, but i want to exercise, too!
endurance exercise’s are wonderful. it tones and slims.
so does swimming.
